Order Despatch Time

We try to ensure orders are despatched within 7 days, although some orders may take longer. If you need your order quickly for a gig or performance, please contact me with your requirements

How do I track my order?

 

Depending on postage options selected, orders can be tracked through the members area.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

All UK orders are posted 1st Class signed for.

International orders can be posted either 'Standard Airmail' or 'Tracked and Signed'

Do you provide international delivery?

 

All products posted worldwide by Royal Mail

How do I return an item?

 

Please contact us before returning any item.

 

What is your returns policy?

 

Full refunds or replacements are given on unsuitable reeds, but the original reed must be returned in the condition in which it was sent.

Under no circumstance will refunds be given for broken, altered or damaged reeds unless agreed beforehand.

All returns are at the purchaser's own expense.
